How it works

  1. Guests call, message, email, reach you on social media, use your web widget, or ask their AI assistant. Tablez greets them in their language.

  2. The agent checks real-time availability, suggests options, confirms the booking, and captures preferences, allergies, and notes.

  3. The floor plan updates instantly. Staff see arrivals, walk-ins, and changes on any device.

  4. Tablez sends confirmations, manages changes, chases when needed, and applies no-show fees where configured.

$1 per confirmed reservation. First 100 per venue are free.

No setup fee. No monthly subscription. No per-seat licence. You pay only when a guest is seated. Pass-through costs (local phone numbers, premium voice, multi-site configuration) are listed separately and priced at cost.

Technology

AI is the product.

Every guest interaction is handled by an AI agent reasoning over a live floor plan. The agent greets, checks availability, books, confirms, and captures. Humans are escalated to only when the agent cannot complete the task on its own. AI is not a feature bolted onto a database; AI is the system that holds the conversation and owns the booking.

AI is how we build.

We operate our own agent runtime and orchestration layer. Autonomous agents handle code review, engineering chores, and dependency management, on ephemeral workers with strict guardrails and full audit trails. One reason a small founding team delivers what a traditional vendor needs a much larger team to match.

Tablez runs natively on Google Cloud, production and internal agent infrastructure alike. Google-native tooling gives us speed, security, and global reach.

Next step: specialised models for reservation intent, multilingual hospitality conversation, no-show prediction, and guest preference inference, trained and served on Google Vertex AI alongside the foundation models we use today.

Data residency and privacy.

We can run in the UAE, the EU, or globally. Tablez operates in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), against documented consent, retention, and data-subject rights policies.
